This property has over 300 feet of sea doc ,that is large enough to dock 8 boats and have over 150 feet of extended pier over the sea, so you could walk on it and watch all kind of fish ,swimming below, Occasionally manatee and dolphins will visit the front of property in the bay, not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, or sit under the tiki hut to play games and watch the pelicans,seagull roaming around the bay, This is our home and we absolutely love every minute we spend here ,we know you will too .

If you like cooking, you will love this kitchen , you can dine in or you may like to dine out on the pool deck, or on the edge of the bay under the stars , you can entertain about 70 of your guests by having a party on the pool deck ,or you may want to relax in the hammocks under the tiki hut, you can fish from our private pier or go on the boat for deep fishing , or just relax and enjoy the breath taking view of the crystal blue water of the bay ,close to shopping center,movies,restaurants,VERY SHORT DRIVE TO ANY KEYS ATTRACTIONS, housekeeping can be arranged, this is the kind of place you never want to leave, its OK, you could buy it too. if you have any questions or like to make any arrangements you may call us at any time. Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: 4 days min
Lodging Tax: 12.5 % fla tax
Deposits: A 50% dposit is due upon booking and signing the cotntract,the balance with the security deposit,cleaning fees,and the utilities charges should be paid 60 days before you check in.
Other Fees: There will be a $50 booking feea and a cleaning fees of $300 plus taxes, A deposit of $750 for one weak stay and $1500 deposit for one month lease.$150 for utilities.

The best bang for your buck! This place had every amenity you could possibly imagine. Between swimming with the local manatee, cooking in a gourmet kitchen and sleeping in a 5 star luxurious house i don't know what i could say to justify the experience we had. We did everything from wakeboarding to volleyball and hot tubbing to dancing in the private Chi-chi hut. this was truely the best vacation I have ever had. I'm so happy I finally found a vacation spot for my family that i can return to!
