Make your memories last in this lovely 3 story 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath home that has inside staircase's from bottom floor to top.
Bottom floor has its own outside entrance to pool, and has Trundle ( 2 twins & sleeper sofa & Tv (considered 4th sleeping area)w/ inside staircase..Great for kids.
Middle/main Floor: Adorable fully equippted kitchen, dining area w/1/2 bath, living area that leads to screened in terrace that has table and chairs forr dining out and also open terrace to sunbathe w/ views of water and pool.
Top floor: master bedroom w/ king bed and private bath, tv. It also has french doors opeing to water views. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and tv. 3rd bedroom has trundle bed that sleeps 2 plus a tv.
The homeis completly and tastefully furnished for most of your needs. Boating no problem to bring your own boat,but must bring copy of insurance papers). This canalhome leads to open bay and Ocean ( via adams cut)within minutes.
You are set in from busy highway noices and you are surrounded by beautiful homes and woodsey like feeling. Yet close to everything.
