Make your memories last in this lovely 3 story 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath home that has inside staircase's from bottom floor to top.
Bottom floor has its own outside entrance to pool, and has Trundle ( 2 twins & sleeper sofa & Tv (considered 4th sleeping area)w/ inside staircase..Great for kids.
Middle/main Floor: Adorable fully equippted kitchen, dining area w/1/2 bath, living area that leads to screened in terrace that has table and chairs forr dining out and also open terrace to sunbathe w/ views of water and pool.
Top floor: master bedroom w/ king bed and private bath, tv. It also has french doors opeing to water views. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and tv. 3rd bedroom has trundle bed that sleeps 2 plus a tv.
The homeis completly and tastefully furnished for most of your needs. Boating no problem to bring your own boat,but must bring copy of insurance papers). This canalhome leads to open bay and Ocean ( via adams cut)within minutes.

What a beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck, a daily visit from a white heron and several iguanas, a special visit from three manatees, kayaking with the kids and a week's worth of day trips to Key West, Somrero Beach, snorkelling and wonderful memories we will treasure for years to come. We brought together three generations and an overdue reunion ... thanks for everything

Fun in Key Largo, March 10, 2009

Felt like home within the first few minutes. Screened porch and BBQ provided many hours of family time and fun. Needs some work on the bathrooms. Pool was not heated, above-ground and not very nice. House a bit outdated. A fun spot to start and end your days.

Sleep with the cockroaches!, March 1, 2009

I do not recommend this property. Especially for small children! We stayed here for a week and saw at least 4 cockroaches in the kitchen and the basement. Also it is very out of date. The couches look to be about 20 years old and feel like it. Don't count on opening windows throughout the house or the doors in the king bedroom because they are all screwed shut. The basement is very damp and smells a bit musty. I was very sad to see the condition of this home because the pictures make it look so good! The pool was also above ground , cold and dirty.
