Eagle Cove Haven is a newly renovated mobile home ON THE WATER with SUNSET BAY VIEWS from the master bedroom's screened in porch!

CLEAR WATER canal off YOUR 40' PRIVATE DOCK for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, or just watching the fish jump!

The home is on a LARGE 40' x 100' lot. We are gardeners and so continue to add flowers and PLANTS. It has palms, fruit trees and winding GARDEN paths through the property.

Open design kitchen and living room makes for easy living. We have a WELL EQUIPED KITCHEN- a range of spices- from zatar for hummus, to nutmeg for coffee. The kitchen has European and American coffee pots, blender, FROSTY mugs in the freezer, MICROWAVE, toaster oven,etc.

The bathroom has a BIG two-seated SHOWER & BIDET. It has two doors, one to the hallway and one to the master bedroom. Some amenities provided to get your vacation off to a good start.

Outside living under a LARGE TIKI HUT & YARD, with its NEW 40 ft dock includes BBQ gas grill, fish cleaning station with SINK, outside shower.

Toys available include water noodles, kayaks and two bikes for the asking.

There is parking on property with a fence and gate as well as off street parking. A community boat ramp makes life easy for boaters.



It has been lovingly renovated, and we welcome respectful people looking for a fun vacation. Ask us if you have questions!

We are at MM 105.8, on a QUIET STREET, small community, with no traffic noise from route 1-Overseas Highway. We are walking distance to great snorkel/dive and boating shops. We are walking distance to wooded park paths and botanical park.

We are within 2 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Dolphin Swim Facility.
Community Pool, Boat rental & snorkeling Centers, Public library with internet,
Great Kayaking through the creeks and mangroves of the Everglades,

Our home is in a residential community with a homeowner's park and boat launch. All the homes are on 40'x100' lots. We have planted fruit trees, palms and flowers. On the screen porch off the master bedroom, you are only 3' from the deep water canal, giving a nice view to the bay. Our bay is quiet and mangroves and rivers are wonderful for kayaking and fishing.
