With serene gardens, secluded patios and 100 feet of marble dock space complete with 50 amp service and a fish cleaning station on a deep water canal which leads directly to the Atlantic Ocean. From the entry way of the iron gate to the tiled staircase and dock every aspect of this property is luxurious. The setting is a tropical oasis with a serene yoga garden and secluded resting spots. Casa Exuma has an open living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and a customized kichen. The Bali styled furniture is beautiful and comfortable and each bedroom has been designed beautifully. The master suite includes a custom King sized bed and a private enclosed balcony with a Bali daybed and spiral staircase leading directly down to the pool and spa. The first level guest suite is designed for complete privacy and luxury. There is a 2+ car garage and room for all your water toys.
