Spacious Key Largo bayfront home with sandy beach in tropical garden on one acre with spectacular bay views and sunsets. Relax on the large porch with ceiling fans. Sunbathe on the beach or enjoy water activities using the kayaks, fishing tackle FREE. Children will enjoy the beach and toys provided. The beach house was built for family vacationing. Full kitchen with granite countertops. Dining room situated by massive windows to view the clear, blue water.
First floor bedroom has a queensize bed with adjoining bath. Second level masterbedroom has a kingsize bed with adjoining bath, second bedroom has two twins with convert for kingsize bed with adjoining bath, last bedroom loft area with two trundle beds convert to four twin beds.

Great property

I just returned home from a reunion at the bayfron beach house and can't think of a better place to have one. We used both the house and the cottages. So many great places to gather or to be alone. Everything we needed was there. Clean and comfortable.

Our 2 families from around the world met up at this lovely house and chose it because of the number of bedrooms and the beach it was supposed to be on, but it is a little misleading, as it is not a beach but the garden leading down to the bay, has been covered in a light gritty sand, ( maybe that is the natural terrain?) but it is not sand. no problem for adults but we all have kids, and it is not 3 bedrooms upstairs, but 2 rooms and the 3rd is an open area between the 2 rooms, with no access to a bathroom unless you go through a bedroom or use the downstairs bathroom, This might sound petty but when you have kids it is a problem. But we still had a a very relaxing holiday in a very nice house, overlooking the bay, even when we had to share the pontoon with the rentals next door. Would we have booked it, had we have known? No, but if the above is not a problem for you, it is a Great House, in a Beautiful Spot. oh and if you want a nice beach, try Sombero beach, in Marathon. Beautiful...

Memorial Day 2011 - Great Family Get Together

We 2 families, total 9 rented the home for Memorial Day for 5 days and had a great stay. The home is in perfect condition and had everything that you may need. The kitchen was fully stocked, enough bath and beach towels for everyone. The backyard area was groomed while we were there and it was left in great condition. Beautiful grounds with plants, trees and hammocks. We brought our boat and used the dock space which was also perfect for our 27ft boat. The other two cottages were rented while we were there and that did not interfere with our stay. Did not want to leave, will definitely rent again from Al and Martha, they were both very attentive.

We stayed at the Beach House for 1 week in April 2011 and will defiantly return. There were 2 families 1 x 3 and 1 x 4 the youngest child was 13 so essentially all adult size, and we had plenty of room in this beautiful house. Everything we needed was available to use. The owners are very nice people and very easy to contact should you need them offering local advice when asked. The position at Mile marker 99 is perfect to explore both the lower keys and Miami. Mrs Mac's next door is a great place to eat but ensure you reserve a table as it gets busy. The peace and quite is something to treasure and the Sunsets from your own back yard are amazing......! It's everything you need at a very reasonable price

We stayed for one week but should have stayed for two. The weather was beautiful and the water very clear, my son could see the fish biting the hook when fishing from the dock. The sunsets from the dock were gorgeous and the property gardens had flowering plants everywhere. The jacuzzi was close to the water and the sunsets from it were wonderful. The house had plenty of space for our family of eight. Thanks for making our vacation perfect. Kristal

Very nice house, extremely nice and polite owners, beautiful sunsets over the bay! This is a wonderful property, the only drawback was we shared the dock with the rental next door. Would recommend and would rent again.
