Description of the Key Largo vacation home rental

Enjoy your own private paradise and have fun in the Keys! This beautiful, clean, spacious and airy vacation rental home has three wonderfully decorated, clean and cozy bedrooms. Two and 1/2 comfortable and clean bathrooms. Full kitchen is stocked with all necessary cookware, china and silverware for creating scrumptious memorable meals. Enjoy the nautical theme throughout. You will feel like you are in a resort but with all of the comforts of home. Take in the outdoors in the screened porch. Enjoy time with friends or spend time alone on the second floor balcony and spend hours gazing at the calming canal with ocean access. Close to many restaurants, shopping and activities.
Bring or rent a boat and have it docked in the the private dock, easy boating access to waterfront bars/restaurants/resorts, Everglades National Park (Nest Key, flats, etc), protected bay for tubing/skiing, ocean access to snorkel/dive the reefs/wrecks of Pennekamp National Park.
2 miles to waterfront restaurants, swim with the dolphins, charter diving, fishing, snorkeling and glassbottom boats. Multiple parks, aquatic center, Pennekamp park Headquarters, shopping nearby. 15 miles to Islamorada (diving museum, Holiday Isle, Theater of the Sea, etc) 50 miles to Miami, 100 miles of beautiful views to Key West.

Area Information

Key Largo, called "the first of the Florida Keys," because of its northernmost location along the Florida Keys chain, is an hour's drive from South Florida's two major airports. Yet it is a world away.Key Largo is sandwiched between the watery wilderness of the Everglades National Park to the west and the fish-covered coral formations of North America's only living coral barrier reef to the east. It's not just Hollywood producers who are drawn to the wildlife here.
Locals consider their home the Diving Capital of the World but the island is nearly as famous as a sport-fishing destination. Some of the best charter captains and fishing guides in the world work out of Key Largo. You can go after sailfish offshore, bonefish along the Atlantic shallows, or redfish and tarpon in Florida Bay.

"Laid-Back Comfort"

March 21, 2013

This home was a great base for exploring the Upper Keys, with easy boat access to Florida Bay. It was beautifully furnished and decorated with many striking and unusual art pieces throughout. The home was perfect for those travelling with a dog - a screened-in ground-level area as well as a fenced and gated yard bordering the canal. We had many "natural" visitors - numerous manatees, pelicans, crocodiles, and even huge tarpon feeding and rolling a few feet away. This is a very quiet and private location, but close to A-1-A. We rented as a couple, but did have vistors staying over during the month. There is ample space for entertaining, and the kitchen is a "cook's dream. This is a well-equipped home. We highly recommend it.

Canal Backed Haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was close to beaches and attractions without being choked by traffic congestion. Enjoyed interacting with the Manatees and seeing a couple of endangered Florida Saltwater Crocodiles in the canal. Easy day trips to Key West and Naples were a bonus.

The pool home was amazing. The inside of the home was beautiful and presented a home like feeling. I enjoyed my vacation and the pool home was icing on the cake. I would defiently recommend this pool home to thoes looking for a get away spot in miami and I would love to come back..
