Area Information

The home is located on Adams Waterway the only channel that connects the bayside with the oceanside. It is in a nice quiet nieghborhood of million dollar homes. It is very close to Jimmy Johnson Big Chill resturants and Sun Downers and Caption Jacks. Grocery shopping and Kmart are 2 miles away. You can visit John Pennekamp State Park for Kayak rentals, Boat rentals, Glass Bottom Boat Trips , Snorkle trips or visit their beach and Gift Shop. It is located less than a mile south.

Perfect home!

The title of this property speaks for itself - Majesty on the Waterway! What a beautiful home! It was perfect for our family vacation, with everything you could ask for. The grand kids loved the pool/slide and the fishing right off the dock. Manatees came right up to the dock and we were able to scratch their backs. The layout of the home was absolutely great for what we needed. Dan was available immediately to answer any questions and show us some of the features of the pool, spa, etc. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a wonderful, relaxing, family vacation. Beautiful patio area, with plenty of seating and shade when you needed it. Access to boat ramp was close and the home at a great location to get to the reefs for snorkeling. Loved it, loved it, loved it!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous well maintained home. Dan and Cindy designed and built a beautiful family focused home both inside and out. Our teenagers enjoyed the wonderful pool, spa and outdoor dock area (including the integrated stereo in the pool area) as well as the game area and TV's- 4 full baths were a nice feature also! The guys enjoyed the dynamic fishing right on the property and the boat traffic back and forth in the waterway was entertaining. We easily rented a boat and went on several fishing and sunset excursions. We were visited twice during the week by a manitee family of 3 who came right to the dock and the kids were able to have a close encounter with them. We've stayed in several different area's of Florida and loved the laid back pace of Key Largo - the wonderful house and amenties allowed us to relax and enjoy some quality family time. This is a wonderful home - having rented from owners in Florida over the last 7 years we were delighted to be able to stay at such a gorgeous house at an affordable price.....we loved, loved, loved it!

Great time!

Beautiful well maintained home inside and out. The owner (Dan) was very responsive when I called with a problem with the pool heater, and he got a repairman out right away to fix it. Plenty to do in the immediate area, though we were happy to spend most of our time just relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub. Thought about playing golf one day, but couldn't find a public course any closer than Miami. Not upset though; as I said, we were happy to just hang out and relax by the pool. Enjoyed a day trip to Key West (about a two hour drive). Snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, glass bottom boat trip, boat and jet ski rentals all close by. Didn't use the fishing poles that are there myself, but hear the fishing is great right off the dock. We enjoyed watching and waiving to the boaters going out in the morning, and coming in in the evening. All in all, a great value.

this beautiful home was an ideal location for my family's vacation. The property had every convenience we desired and the location was amazing. We have vacationed in many places and have never found such an ideal spot.
