Dockage in the back of the home with a 15,000 lb elevator lift for your boat. Two person kayak and golf cart on premisis for your enjoyment. Home has cable and wyfi available and an on premisis ice maker and freezer for the fisherman. This is an amazing property and you won't find many like it in the keys. Close to restraunts, shopping, walikng distance to the grocery store and easy access to the ocean through Adams Cut.
