Ocean Reef Villa - 3 bedroom 2 bath family home

213 Andros Road is a spacious, nicely furnished family home in the historic villas section of the luxurious Ocean Reef Club. The house has an over-sized Master Suite, children's bedroom and large guest bedroom with private bath. The home sits on an ample corner lot with a large private yard and the Atlantic ocean view just across the street. The home was built in the 1950's and has a "shabby chic" charm or the original fishing village.

213 Andros is an easy walk to the Ocean Reef Club's exquisite facility. You will be my guest and have access to all restaurants, swimming pools, natural lagoon beach, golfing, tennis, boating, sailing, diving and a 24-hour first fitness center.


At the Fishing Village you will find an upscale specialty grocery store, gift shops, clothing stores, casual dining, ice cream parlor, dive shop, beauty salon/barber shop and a marine supplies store. Although all facilities are a walk away, you might want to consider renting a golf cart for transportation if you do not have a car. Winter dress code is relatively formal; men (and boys over 10) must wear collared shirts in the main dining facilities and on the tennis courts.

Ocean Reef is approximately 55 miles south of the Miami International Airport (MIA) or generally a one-hour drive. Follow signs to Key West, and from the Florida Turnpike south, take a left on Card Sound Road after you pass Florida City. After the toll bridge ($1) turn left at the “T” intersection which leads straight into the Club. (1 mile). The black transponder (located on the lower right hand corner will get you into the gate. Proceed straight about 1 mile until you reach a four way intersection with stop signs. Take a right turn and proceed about ¼ mile – immediately after crossing a small bridge, take a left on Exuma road. As Exuma goes right, the street turns into Andros Road. The house is the peach colored single story on the corner of Carysfort and Andros. The front door is on Carysfort.

The house has three bedrooms with a California king bed, two doubles, two singles, a double sofa sleeper, two full baths, an outdoor patio and one outdoor parking space. The house also has a full kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, sheets and cook/dishware, a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Room service is available to the villa homes. There is an outdoor grill available for your use. The house has a CD player, VCR, HBO, fax machine, a computer with scanner, printer and internet access.
Dry cleaning/laundry is available through Club services.
