Description of the Key West vacation apartment rental

The Freeport Suite is a bright sunny, spacious 3 Bedroom centrally located only 1 block from the shops, restaurants, galleries and excitement of Duval Street. A great space for a family or a group of friends. The Freeport suite sleeps up to 6 guests.

Recently renovated, each bedroom has a full-size bed and bright windows. 2 bedrooms overlook the serene, tropical garden. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned. The Freeport Suite has 2 bathrooms. The modern kitchen has all new appliances, stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator.

The spacious living room has room for everyone to relax and enjoy a day in. The living room is equipped with Cable TV and DVD player. Air conditioning in all rooms. There is a futon in the living room for additional sleeping space.

You are welcome to use the walled in "secret garden." Relax, surrounded by lush, tropical plants, hear the bubbling of the fountain and enjoy an evening of grilling with the gas barbecue grill.

Area Information

On a quiet side street only 1 block from the shops, restaurants and galleries on Duval Street. This apartment gives you the flexibility to walk to all the excitement on the island and still have a private enclave all to yourself.

We had the best time and were very impressed and happy with the bahama cabana we rented for two nights. It was super clean, light and beautiful. Every amenity you would find in an up scale hotel was also available in this unit. There was plenty of space and terraces. It was walking distance to Duval Street. The location could not have been better. We had private, secure parking too. We just had the best time! I will be recommending this to everyone I know.

We were very happy with the location and the appartement. It was cozy, nice and clean. Thanks to Marcus and the other guests, which were very friendly regarding managing the parking lot !! We left our car as last as we did not use it and everyone was there when we needed to leave! The central location cannot be beaten by any luxury !! We were only missing a pool :-)

Nice, roomy, very close to downtown Key West with privacy. Everything there. All you need is your personal articles. Didn't realize it was upstairs though, had two older people. Seems they are in the process of remodeling. Only one TV in living room.

Stayed 5 days nights and was located in a great location. Everything worked great except for a couple of light bulbs. Old building but very useful so don't stay if your are looking for new modern and fancy. Daily car usage is a problem but not for us because we brought bicycles. The very best way to see key West. Overall we had a great stay and was quiet and comfortable. Hope to go back again next year. One caveat... Maintenance guy uses blower too early in the mornings for too long.

Real Key West Feel

Rather than staying at the Hyatt for a recent wedding we went looking for a real Key West feel for a place to stay. Bahama House met that request with the front porch and visits from the neighborhood chickens along with morning coffee. New appliances with older decor melded nicely. Highly reccommended.
