Another Great Visit to Key West!

We were back again this year to stay at Pam's condo, and had an amazing time. It felt like coming home. We love the area the condo is in, usually quiet at night but close enough to everything we want to do - just a bike ride away from Duval St. The weather was great. And it is so nice to come back after a day of our excursion and relax on the balcony overlooking the pool with a cocktail. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Pam is wonderful and so helpful when you need her. We will be back again

We have stayed in Pam's condo numerous times, during our winter vacation in Key West. She is very pleasant to work with, and the condo has all the amenities of home. Love having breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the morning sun and palm trees. She recently added a washer and dryer in the condo; making life a lot easier during our stay. We were blessed with warm and sunny weather during our stay, enjoying the pool and going biking along the coast. Key West is a great place, you can do as much or as little as you want. Hemingways, Sunset Island, Mallory Square, Truman White House, just to name a few, and of course many restaurants. So, give Pam a call and visit Key West, I promise; you will be totally glad you did.

Best place to stay in Key West!! This is our 3rd stay in Pam's condo, first I have to say, she is wonderful, she loves her condo and we love that she rents it! Our first stay was for an entire month. We felt at home here. The last two stays were for a week. The kitchen has everything you could possible need right down to a blender for frozen drinks. The living room opens up to the balcany where you get the best breezes, we enjoy sitting and having breakfast out there. This unit is on the first floor, overlooking the pool, great location! Sometimes you may get noise from above, but - your on vacation, noise does happen! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Enjoy and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful stay for Fantasy Fest 2012

This condo was perfect for our Fantasy Fest 2012 stay! Very spacious condo, huge balcony space w/ view of the pool, plenty of kitchen counter space, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect size. Pam, the owner, is such a joy to work with. We had four people staying in the condo and never felt like we were bumping into each other. It's located on the Northeast side of the island, perfect spot for watching the beautiful Key West sunrise. It's about 4 miles to Duval street, we had our beach cruisers that we took to Duval and the ride is so pretty because you have the beautiful ocean view the entire way! Next visit we will definitely be contacting Pam again, very happy customer here :)

We had an awesome time at the Phil Peterson Bike week event in Key West. What made it even more enjoyable is the fact that we had an awesome condo to stay in. We were only in Key West for a few days and this condo was a great choice. Pam, the owner, was wonderful to work with. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and it is very centrally located. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We were allowed to bring our doggie so we were happy. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at the Sunrise Suites Resort Condos for a week in early May. The weather could not have been better. The property was well kept. The condo was pristine with plenty of room for our party of 3. The furniture was new. The pool and spa area was well kept and the pool bathrooms are cleaned every day. Everything in the town was a short 5 minute drive. Convenient to the airport. Would rebook there in a heartbeat.

We just absolutely loved this condo. It's close to everything but yet far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. The condo was very roomy for the 4 of us with all the amenities of home. The view from the balcony of the pool was awesome. The staff was very helpful if we needed something and answered any an all questions we had. Pam the owner is GREAT!. I don't think I have ever dealt with someone that made your vacation plans so easy when it comes to a place to stay. Debbie

Key West is an awesome vacation destination. Pam's condo was very comfortable. The location is in new town so this is not a walk to Duval street but it is about a mile from Smathers beach. The rental office was very good, the condo was very clean and spacious for the four of us. Rent scooters or plan on paying to park. Either way this was a nice location, great place to vacation and Pam could not have been more easy to work with.

Our family stayed here for spring break and absolutely loved it! The condo is very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool, hot tub, fitness room and laundry room were all nice. Even though it is not on the main strip, it is great for families to have peace and quite when needed and only a short drive, cab ride into all the action! Pam is very helpful and was quick to respond to all emails! Would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice unit but condo rules ignored by others and consequently negatively impacted our enjoyment of the place.No security to enforce rules and management refused to deal with concerns: tenant in unit above got up every morning at 5:30 a.m. and exercised with a skipping rope slapping on the floor over our heads for an hour; pool rules re: dogs prohibited was ignored; also rule re: no glass was ignored as people brought beer bottles into the pool area by the case. Advised owner that property should have security 24/7 to remind people to follow rules and if rules not followed they should be evicted.

As the owner, I have consulted with the management company about the concerns of my quest and they are taking this information and looking forward, they will try to make stays more comfortable for all..

Pam was excellent with all of the details. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay! If you are planning to go to Duval street would recommend renting a car as cab fares are a bit expensive on the island.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great time. There were 5 of us all together and we fit in there very comfortably. The rooms were almost like having 2 masters the way it was set up..so that was great. Also, we felt like we had the place to ourselves, barely saw anyone else and who we did see where very friendly. The was out first time to key west and to be able to stay away from the busy part of the island was nice. The balcony was great...had the doors open everyday to let the great breeze in. The owner was great to work with...I'm the type of person with 20 million questions and she answered every one. I would recommend this place...plan to stay again next year.

Our stay at the Paradise Key West Condo was perfect. The condo was well maintained and a great accommodation for our business trip. We enjoyed the balcony and especially the close proximity of the pool and hot tub! The airport is nearby which made our departure easier...considering it was so difficult to leave Key West!

We stayed here as a group of 5 girls for the weekend. The location is about 10 minutes from Duval, about a $15 cab ride. The pool was close to our condo, heated, quiet, and clean. Our room was a spacious 2/2 with sleeper sofa, full kitchen, ice maker freezer and breakfast table on balcony. The one major problem we had with the room was the sleeper sofa needing a new matress, this one had revolting, large stains. Walkind around on Duval, we found that many of the B&B's and small hotels were offering the same price, holding up to 6 per room comfortable. I would call around for prices if you want to stay closer to the action. Otherwise, we were in a good area, close to beach and shopping centers, the grounds were kept up beautifully, receptionist and other guests/tenants were very friendly.

This is our 2nd time staying in Pam's condo and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We stayed in 2009 and 2011 for Fantasy Fest week and both times the place was immaculate! By the time we stayed in 2011, Pam had updated the living room furniture and TV is now flat screen, not that you will want to spend much time inside. I love sitting on the balcony to eat breakfast that I can make right in our own kitchen. It is so beautiful. The pool is never crowded and there is no long elevator wait like a hotel. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, very well kept. The office staff is great and very friendly to work with. Checkin and Checkout take 5 minutes. Will definitely be staying again. We just love Key West!

We stayed in the Condo during a week of on and off rain, but did get a few hours a couple of days to head to Duval St and see the sights which is not far from the Condo at all. The beach is just a hop, skip, and jump around the corner. The condo is cozy and was really quiet at night. It has all that you need to eat in. The turnabouts to get to it can be a bit confusing the first couple of times, but then it's smooth sailing after you get used to them. Pretty straight shot to the condo. The beds are pretty comfy and it's always a plus when everything is clean and smells good. Very pleased with the experience and would definately rent from Pam again. She is great with communication, tips, and willingness to work with you to make your vacation a great one. Thank you Pam!

My family has been visiting Key West every year for 8 years and this is one of our favorite Condos. We've stayed all over the Island. Although this is not right in the heart of the action, its nice to get away to a nice quite and clean Condo with ample parking. We spent a lot of time at the pool and much of the time it was just us. The owner Pam is just wonderful! She check on us while we were there to make sure everything going well. We were down there as hurricane Irene was heading towards our home on Long Island and were scheduled to fly back home the day it was to hit the Island. All flights were canceled if it was scheduled to get to New York after 1pm. Pam then contacted me and offered us the condo a few days until we could get back. Just a huge gesture of kindness and concern for my family. We were able to get a flight back the night before to secure our home before the storm. Need I say more! This is the place to stay in Key West. We will be staying there every year from here on in.

This condo was perfect for our group! We had 2 couples and the set up was just like two master's which was great. It had every amenity that we could ask for! Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, basically everything you could need. We loved the towel exchange! Pam was absolutely amazing to rent from. My family and I absolutely loved our 8-night stay here. Pam was very kind and helpful, and takes much care in presentation- from confirmation letters to the condo itself! Pricing is INCREDIBLY reasonable for the quality of this home. This is a big PLUS. I would recommend this condo to anyone, and have certainly made it my go-to housing in Key West for future visits. The Pool is a fantastic relaxing way to spend evenings, although I too wished it were open later. A short drive to town and a short stroll to the boardwalk made this condo an ideal place to stay!

My husband and I stayed in this condo along with our daughter and her husband from Kansas City. The condo was great! The two bedrooms and baths are separated enough for privacy and are very well-appointed. We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities (TVs in each bedroom in addition to the living area among other things) as well as the cleanliness. This place was perfect for our relaxing getaway. The condo is very nice and pretty big, right across from the pool. The front desk was very helpful. The condo is very close to Smathers beach which was nice, and a good bike or moped ride to Duval street- Great Place! Would love to come back again!

Pam was great, booking was easy, the condo was great, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of closet space. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Though we all wished it was open later. Would definitely come back here to stay!

I have stayed in Key West many times, and this was by far the best place. The area was much quieter, and it was still easy to get to anything in Key West. Pam, the owner, and the office people were very helpful. The pool was never over-crowded and was warm even when the January temperature was lower than normal. The only thing that could have been better was that someone has taken the hand weights at the gym. The treadmill, stairclimber and universal weights were fine, and I had the gym to myself most of the time. This place will definitely be my choice for future visits to Key West!

Pam the owner was great, we spoke a few times before we went and she gave us some wonderful tips. We went when there were a lot of Spring Breakers so it did get a little loud between 2 and 5 am. Remember not to park in the reserved spaces, because every night someone was getting their cars towed. The Condo was fully furnished, so we were able to cook there and save money. Overall experience was good and we would definately recommend it the place and plan to return. Thank you Pam!!

Pam, the owner, is the nicest person I have ever done business with!! The condo is perfect, very open and tropical feeling. Although you are not on the beach you still get overwhelmed with the Key West atmosphere. It was only about 5-10 minute drive to Duval St. and was less than 5 mins. to the beach. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. We will be back without a doubt!!

Hubby and I stayed 6 days here and had a wonderful time. Spotless condo, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and sparkling pool. Reception desk staff were helpful and welcoming, as was owner Pam prior to our arrival. Convenient bus stop within walking distance of the condo made the short bus ride to downtown a better choice than trying to find a parking space. We enjoyed morning walks along the sea wall and Smathers beach (a little further).

Pam, the owner was great. We arrived after dark which makes finding the place more difficult but Pam gave us great directions and the GPS helped too. The condo was perfect for us, clean, well appointed and convenient to the beach. The weather was cooler than normal so we never made it to the pool. It was steps from our door. It felt like coming home. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy some time in Key West, I hope to return again. Thanks Pam for all your help. Nancy, Alice and Judy

This condo was amazing there were 5 girls staying in one place and we had plenty of room for clothes and getting ready!! The whole area of the complex was very clean and the pool was also a great addition to the stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

I rented this unit & it was absolutely FABULOUS! The Condo was clean. My views were spectacularfrom the balcony! The Owner made sure we had everything we needed. They said they were having a cold spurt, but coming from the midwest & -3 degrees, it didn't feel that way to us:))), I would recommend the Keys & this Condo to anyone that would like a little R & R:),,You could walk anywhere & had maid service ,,It was everything we hoped for & more.:)

believe everything you read about this place. Its a beautiful condo, with all the extras. Very clean and up to date. It has a great view of the pool from the balcony, which from a guys stand point was really enjoyable. Two very comfortable beds, and a good little kitchen. it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is far enough away from Duval st. for some peace and quiet, but close enough to get in the crowd of fantasy fest when wanted. I plan on staying there again if possible. Also, the owner of this place (pamela) is one of the nicest people i have had to deal with over phone conversations. if i could rate this place and owner, i would give them both a 10. So if you want a wonderful Key West visit, you should rent this condo. Dont just take my word for it, try it for yourself.

This Place Was Wonderful, But Not As Nice As The Lady Who Owns It! Everything Was As Described And Even Better. The Place Was Fully Stocked, And The Cabinets Even Had Spices In Them To Use When I Cooked. Pam Had All Of The Dishes, Pots And Pans, And Even A Broom In The Kitchen, Which Was Handy Because I Broke A Glass Right Out Of The Gate. I Left A Leather Jacket As Did My Husband And The People Even Mailed It Back To Us. Mine Was A 500.00 Jacket. The Bedrooms Were Spacious, And The Whole Place Felt Like Home. The Area Was Well Kept, And The Staff Very Friendly. The Pool Was Clean, And There Was Great Big Iguana Who Strolled Around It Occasionally. Everything Is Centrally Located Around The Condo's So It's Doesn't Take Long To Find Some Action. However, The Condo Itself Is Nestled In The Rear Of The Complex, So It Is Really Secluded From The Hustle And Bustle Of Tourism. What Was Really Amazing Was That Everytime I Thought I Would Have To Run Out And Grab Something At The Store, Which By The Way Is Located In The Complex, Right Around The Corner, All I Had To Do Was Open A Cupboard And Viola! There Was The Thing I Had Just Sent My Husband Out For! Tricky Me,,,,i Just Want To See Him Wiggle When He Walks. So Boys And Girls, If Your Looking For A Great Way To Spend Your Vacation, But Not A Whole Lot Of Money, This Is The Place For You. A Hotel Is Going To Cost You The Same Thing, Trust Me, I Know First Hand, And It Might Even Be More, So Why Not Have A Big Condo To Yourself:o)

We(my husband & I)& some friends stayed here for a week and LOVED it! The condo is very clean & cozy! It's tucked away in the back of the property so it's nice,quiet & safe. The owner is very detailed & helpful. It was a pleasure working with her! Everything is exactly as she explained and the condo is as cute as the pictures that are posted! The front desk was very helpful, polite,& quick to respond,etc. The condo had everything from dishes,hangers,iron,shampoo & soap! We recommend this condo to anyone who visits Key West! Can't wait to go back and stay again! Thanks for such a memorable vacation Mrs. Pam!

I traveled to Key West with teacher friends to celebrate a wedding. We had the perfect stay at this condo. It was very roomy and comfortable. The front desk was quick to provide anything that was needed. The condo also had everything we needed from hangers to a full kitchen to pool towels! I would definitely recommend this condo for a future stay!

The place was great!!! It was everything I was told it would be. Very clean and well kept. Pool was great did wish it opened earlier and was open later. I will be back.
