Description of the Key West vacation condo rental

Offered on a monthly basis this 2/1 condo is tropically furnished. The living/dining combo features rattan a sofa/loveseat arrangement which leads to a terrace overlooking the ocean and one of the property's pools. There is a dining room table that seats four with a breakfront.

The master bedroom features a king size pillow-top mattress and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric cook top, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave. Pots and pans, dishes and eating utensils are included.

The condo property is a gated community set in a lush tropical setting. This includes two pools (one heated), tennis courts and off-street parking. There are above ground laundry facilities in the building.

The unit comes with cable TV, local phone and all the sheets, towels and utensils you need. Just bring your clothes.

The condo is across the street from Smathers Beach, in the section of Key West called New Town. There are activites right on the beach including parasailing, jet-skiing, wind surfing etc.

It is just a few minutes by car or bike to Duval Street.
