Description of the Key West vacation condo rental
Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium with a full kitchen. Located in Key West, FL for Nightly, Weekly, vacation rental. The price of a hotel with the comforts of home. Sunrise Suite Key West is an island paradise. Spend sun-filled days pampered by our warm and friendly staff.
Pull up a lounge chair and bask by our lagoon-shaped pool surrounded by lush tropical foliage where you can let your cares melt away. Please take a moment to look through our site at our many amenities, the specials we offer, my condominium, and our pet friendly. Feel free to contact us with any questions. Our elegantly appointed condominium brings the tropical flavor of Key West indoors, and offer you the luxury of truly having a "home away from home."
Our unit offers two bedroom, with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second, a sleeper sofa in the living room and two full baths. The fully outfitted kitchen opens onto the living room, with bar counter seating between. From your balcony, you may be able to observe the daily goings on of the many species of birds that inhabit the Salt Ponds Preserve we highly recommend packing your binoculars.
We welcome pets and their "parents" to our property! We love animals and enjoy having them stay with us. We do have a few guidelines to make your stay with us safe and enjoyable for both you and your pet. There is a $25 per day plus tax pet fee. We also have daily maid service available at $10.00 per day if you like.

I am a native Conch born and raised in Key West. I come home at least 3 times a year to visit my family. This condo was really nice. There were 4 people in our party and we found the unit more than adequate for our needs. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. The owners were extremely nice and professional. I rented this unit in December 2010 the upgrades are wonderful. Outside of the WI-FI connection not working everything else was great. I will rent this condo again and highly recommend it to anyone. I stayed her with my boyfriend and another couple for a wedding. This place was amazing! So easy to check in and out. No need to go to an office just use the keypad to get in and lock on way out! We went food shopping the first day. The store was a 5 minute ride. Plenty of towels and laundry in the condo. The beach chairs were a pleasant surprise. Also provide beach toys for kids. Pool was beautiful and perfect temperature. We took cans back and forth. They charged $4.50 per person if riding with 4 or more. If riding with just 2 cost was about the same ($20). Smathers beach is only about 5 minutes away. Plenty of on street parking. Airport is close but noise was never an issue. Will definitely be staying here again!

This is an excelent vacation place. The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, with all amenities. It is about 3 miles from down town, so it is nice and quiet, and you are there in 5 min. Don't be scared of the airport - it is very small and only has a couple of planes a day. The property is perfectly maintained, booking, check in, check out are effortless. Great value!

Three married couples stayed in this condo for 9 nights. There was plenty of room for all, thanks to the couple that graciously agreed to sleep on the pullout couch. Two good size bathrooms and fresh towels only a phone call away. The condo was clean, decorated Key West style, and the kitchen was well stocked with most everything needed for cooking. The pool area is beautiful, plenty of pool chairs, and fresh pool towels are available at the office. There is a coin operated laundry on the ground floor with a dollar exchange machine, but after shopping the $5 stores on Duvall Street, there is no need to do laundry. Office staff and housekeeping very friendly and accommodating. Overall, this is an exceptional condo. It is very close to the airport, but noise was never an issue in the evenings. Location was perfect - close enough to beach, grocery stores, restaurants and just a short drive to downtown. It was also nice having the Doubletree Resort and a small convenient store nearby within walking distance. Highly recommend this condo!

We stayed for 6 nights with our three children. There was plenty of room for all. Two good size bathrooms and fresh towels only a phone call away. Condo was clean & well stocked with most everything needed for cooking (could have used a cookie sheet type pan). Pool was beautiful, and we never had trouble finding all the pool chairs we needed. Fresh pool towels available at the office. Laundry is coin operated and there is a dollar exchange machine, but I would travel with my own roll of quarters next time as the machine was down for a little while. Overall, great place for families with children. It is close to the airport, but noise was never an issue. Location was perfect - close enough to beach, grocery stores, kmart... and just a short drive to downtown. It was also nice having a small convenient store nearby in walking distance.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights in this beautifull apartment. It is big, clean and it has a large balcony. We enjoyed the sunset and our 5 year old son was very happy to see all the airplanes at the airport. The pool is very warm and nice. The beds are very good. My husband and I along with another couple rented this condo for a week. It is very nicely furnished and has all the comforts of home- a well stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms, and bathrooms attached to both bedrooms. The condo is close to the pool, which we spent a good bit of time in and around. There is a nice canopy for when it gets too warm to sit in the sun, and it was interesting to watch the iguanas in the foilage around the pool. The condos were not overcrowded so parking was never an issue, and housekeeping was helpful in exchanging the towels when we needed new ones. It took us about 10 minutes to drive downtown or to the harbor. On drinking nights we took a taxi which was around $20 each way, no matter how many of us were in the cab. The condos are close to the Atlantic side of the island so we were able to take ocean view walks in the mornings which was very nice. Overall, a great, quiet, nice place to stay. One quick tip- there is plenty of salt and pepper shakers in the cabinet above the oven- which we didn't find until our last day there, and extra toiletries under the sinks in the bathrooms.

We didn't know what to expect. You never do, when booking through the internet. But we were pleasantly surprised. The condo represented very good value. It's located in a perfect area for Key West. We didn't have to drive but 10-15 minutes to get to anywhere we wanted to go, and yet it was a quiet area. The owners were very helpful in making us feel comfortable, and even gave me a follow up call the day we arrived. It was spacious, clean, TV in every room, and the Sunrise Suite Office personnel were always courteous, cheerful and helpful. The swimming pool was delightful, too. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, and when we return to Key West, we'll definitely call them first. Roger Rossitto

We visit the FL Keys every year for Spring Break. This was our first stay in this condo but it won't be our last. It's a quiet area of the island about few miles away from the main attractions (and the madness). I wondered about being so close to the airport, but there are only a few planes and it was not an issue at all. The condo has all the comforts of home. It is not Duval or on the beach, but it was PERFECT for us. The master bedroom is comfortable and spacious with a king bed. The guest room has a queen bed. We didn't use the sofa bed, but there is one. The jacuzzi and the pool are really great, and was really heated as listed. That's a first! The condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I thought the kitchen was more than adequate. We ate our meals on the balcony a few mornings hoping to see birds, but had no luck there. We loved the location. It was convenient to everything (we did have a car). I would definitely stay here again. This 2BR unit is the very best value we've found in KW. We hope to book again next year. The only thing we would recommend changing is updating the pillows.

GREAT PLACE TO VISIT AND RELAX!

We visited Key West for a few days and stayed in this condo. Everything was absolutely terrific! The condo has all the comforts of home. Even have a blender for making fruity rum drinks! The MBR is very comfortable and spacious. It's a very quiet area of the island about 4 miles away from the main attractions (and the traffic). Parking is very limited in town. Grocery/Liquor Store, beach are 1 mile away. The Jacuzzi and the pool are really great, especially The property is located at the end of a dead end street, so you don't have traffic whizzing by all day long. We rented mountain bikes from Island Bikes for $15 a day (they come with baskets/locks) and biked along the water on the bikepaths and were in Mallory Square in 20 minutes. (very safe biking the island) In our opinion, the ONLY way to see/get around is by bike. Bike into Zachery SP for $2.50 is worth touring the fort and hanging out at their beach. The sunset from here is outstanding too. The condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I loved the kitchen and the openness of the space. We ate our meals on the balcony overlooking the salt marsh and saw tons of birds. Kitchen is well stocked. I was a little concerned being so close to the airport, but the planes are so few that it was not an issue at all. I would definitely stay here again. Was a totally enjoyable experience and worth every nickel. The owner was wonderful to deal with. He got back to me right away and followed up timely. Can't wait to return!!!!

We stayed in this condo Labor Day weekend and were extremely impressed. The room and bath rooms were very clean and very practical. It was nice to have a full kitchen, so you dont have to eat out every meal, because the food is very expensive!! This condo is a little of the beating path, but thats why we liked it. It was very quiet and peaceful.
