Description of the Key West vacation cottage rental

Here is why people call this the best value in Key West. This Bermuda-style cottage is my vacation home so you will find it is kept in impeccable condition. Everything and anything you'd want to do is within walking distance. This includes the best beach in Key West, Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park or Duval Street with its wonderful restaurants, unique shops, creative art galleries, lively bars, bawdy night clubs, and its interesting tourist attractions. The Truman Annex is a community in the heart of Old Town. My stand-alone cottage is not a cookie cutter condo but a home painted in Bermuda colors (butter yellow, turquoise, coral) and with original paintings on the walls from Cuba and other islands. The kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with everything you need should you stay in to cook. The master bedroom suite upstairs has a very comfortable king size bed with a double sink bath. Downstairs, the guest bedroom (also used as a reading room) has two very comfortable twins. Top linens are used on all beds and thirsty towels wrap around you after your shower. And finally, double french doors lead you out to my deck overlooking a small tropical garden. And added value? There is a beach pass for your group to the Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park. I have free parking and the cottage has high speed internet connection. Perfect Place....Perfect Location, June 23, 2009

We stayed at Touch of Bermuda for a week during May 2008, and everything was great. Located a few steps from the main gate at the Truman Annex, it was a short walk to Duval Street, and the beautiful beach at Ft. Zachary State Park. We can't wait to stay here again. The house is well maintained, and Jack is a pleasure to deal with.

Cottage in paradise, June 8, 2009

This cottage is very nice and convenient to everything in old town, Key West and Fort Zachary Taylor beach, the best beach on the island. Even though it's a big complex, it still felt very private and relaxing, just like home. We were two blocks from Duval Street which is the main street for shopping and eating. We had everything we needed including wifi for the laptop. If Jack will have us back, we will definitely return. Thanks again, Jack. Darleta and Ray Owen

Great comfort, location and style!!!, April 16, 2007

I stayed in this cottage in July of 2005 and despite my vacation being cut short because of hurricane Dennis, I had a great experience. This house is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The location is great and the gated community gives you adequate security. This cottage gives you all of the comforts and amenities to allow you to easily enjoy all that Key West has to offer. I have rented another property from this owner (Jack) on two other trips and he is very kind and easy to work with. I was very satisfied with this property and I am currently planning another trip in the near future. I can’t wait to return! Enjoy!
