Description of the Key West vacation cottage rental

Daily price varies by number of units, season, and length of stay. Range of prices from one bedroom suite to compound rental shown above. Private compound right in the heart of old town. 1 minute or less from Schooner Wharf with all the water activities imaginable; Sloppy Joe's and Conch Republic (with some of the best music on the rock) and close to all of Old Town.
2 One BR units and one 2BR unit rent separately or together (which makes the whole lush garden, deck with Weber grill and plunge pool with 4 cascading fountains your private paradise). All amenities-- each one has microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. One has a full kitchen. High speed internet in all rooms and throughout the compound.

Area Information

Key West is a destination which appeals to almost every type of vacationer and draws people back year after year. (Many even decide they want to stay.) The last block of Greene Street is a stone's throw away from the wharf, fishing, scuba, diving and dolphin watching boats. Just a few doors up from Kermit's award winning Key Lime shop and at least a half dozen restaurants and bars, many with nightly enetertainment. The combination of entertainment district with sports center (not to mention that it is the # 2 destination in the US for weddings and bachelor/bachelorette parties) make Key West a true paradise.

Very pleasant place to stay

The location of the house is very near to old city and marina. It is nice place to stay with the family, clean, spacious and it has everything what needed. Stuff is vefy helpful and we reamly enjoyed our stay there.

Cozy, comfortable, clean!

I stayed three nights with five of my girlfriends for a bachelorette party and we had an overall great experience! The house was more spacious than I expected, all of us had bed space and plenty of space in the room and it was all very clean and tidy and each room even had a TV. The master bath had a very large and clean shower and the living room just added extra space for us to spread out (although there was not enough living room seating for everyone) but we certainly didn't need it! The kitchen was exceptionally clean with shiny granite counter tops. Cons - no closet space. We couldn't access the closet as there was a lock on the door, but we did have room in the dresser drawers. Some of the girls didn't like having to 'live' out of their suitcases. I called the owner upon arrival as we had a dispute over a parking space, and he never returned my call the whole trip. Otherwise, he was quick to respond and to the point in regards to my questions. We took taxis and walked the whole time so we didn't have to worry about getting another parking spot. Overall, A++ ! The location (15-20 minute walk from the 'happening' parts on Duval Street) and the space we got for the money was the best deal I was able to find through all of my research! We were 6 happy campers!!

Thanks a lot. I am very sorry about the parking space but never saw or heard a message about it. All I can think of is that I was out of the country with my phone turned off. Anyway, we hope you visit again.

My now husband and I wanted a place for all of our friends and family to stay and this was the perfect place. We rented the entire compound and it worked out well as friends could have their own bungalows and my husband and I had a bungalow with family. Great location!!! Short distance to the Marina and 2 blocks from Duval. Love the fact that you needed a key to enter the compound and once inside the gate you are taken away and able to relax on the big deck area and the splash pool. Owner was great and very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Absolutely Loved This Place!!!

This place was amazing and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in the two bedroom unit and had a GREAT time! The property was so serene and relaxing and the location is perfect, with it being very close to everything. The owner was wonderful and was always available to answer any of our questions we had. I would definately stay here again and would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

We have a group of guys who get together each winter. First time in Key West and these cottages were in the perfect location to be a jumping off point. The cottages were clean and comfortable but not fancy. Key West isn't really a fancy place anyway. 3 blocks from the Duval street action and quiet enough to relax.. Pleasant experience in many ways
