House faces East to enjoy dawn and sunrise for the early risers. 35' Seawall has whips, cleats, bumpers and deep water for the boat with direct access to the Atlantic and the Gulf. Venture Out Resort, a 5 star condominium, offers much - olympic swimming pool, hot tub, protected salt water swimming area, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoe throwing pit, kidde pool and playarea, English darts, bocce, bingo, mahjon, dominoes, crafts and more.
The house has 3 tvs/cable, dvd, vcr, stereo, books, games and linens and kitchen supplies. Queen bed in master room and trunble bed which can become a king sized bed in the second bedroom.

The Resort is located 23 miles from Key West and is close to the very popular diving Looe Key Reef. The Resort has 2 boat launch sites and a gas pump with boat/trailer cleaning area. Venture Out is a gated community with 24/7 security. We are half way between Marathon and Key West.

• Deposits: 50% deposit at time of booking by personal check and the balance two weeks prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: The Resort of Venture Out has a fee of $5.38 for the first two people for their stay. For each additional person, there is a fee of $4.30 perperson/perday. Only one car at each house. If an additional car, it is to be stored at night in the overflow lot for a fee of $2. No trailer is allowed to be at the house. Trailer must be stored at the overflow lot which is on the immediate premises of Venture Out and again, there is a fee of $2 per night for storage.
