Lovely two bedroom, two bath home in Key West. Two blocks from beach. Secluded pool. Extensively landscaped. Quiet street. Recently remodeled home includes modern kitchen, flat screen TV, high speed internet. All linens. Rear deck with chairs and table for breakfast/dinner that overlooks the pool.

Area Description
Residential area on a quiet street in New Town. Near Smathers beach. Old Town and Duval Street about 2 miles are close, but not too close!

- Lodging Tax: seven percent
- Deposits: Full payment in advance is required plus one week refundable security.
- Other Fees: Tenant pays electric in excess of 200. per week. Rent in high season (Jan, Feb. Mar. is 4000. per month, 1250. per week. Discount of 10% if you rent for more than one month.
