This elevated bungalow has been completely remodeled with expensive upgrades. Hardwood floors everywhere and a luxury spa master bath. The private pool is truly a secluded paradise. The owner was a delight to work with and our deposit was refunded promptly. What more could we ask for?

Heaven on Earth

My husband and I and our two little dogs stayed at week at this beautiful home. Not only could we lay out at our private pool all day, but we could walk to 2 different beachs (2 blocks). This was a great rental property. Everything exceeded our expectations - the private pool was essential, as we soon found out Key West beaches leave much to be desired. I would recommend this place to anyone, as it was clearly maintained with a lot of love and care.

What A Lovely Respite!

1709 Josephine was wonderful: simple, tasteful, elegant and functional. Franks, Jerilyn and myself stayed for a week, rented bicycles and had a marvelous time! The tropical cozy back patio was secluded, and the pool was just big enough to enjoy a few laps or to bask in the sun. The property is only blocks from Smather's Beach and its a nice bike ride to Duval, Old Town, and Fort Zachary Beach. It could easily sleep six people, and the open kitchen concept was great for cooking dinner and enjoying one another's company after an afternoon in the sun. We highly recommend it!
