Description of the Key West vacation home rental

The Beach Boys on one of their many trips to the Florida Keys (they are Mojito buds with Jimmy Buffett) stayed at our vacation rental called Havana Hideaway, where they wrote the song Kokomo - according to a very reliable source at the Pink Cab Company. This vacation rental is a modern two-story, built in the best conch tradition and features two bedrooms en suite, and two and a half baths. The spacious downstairs of this vacation home opens to a private yard with heated pool and covered outdoor dining area. Tropically landscaped it is the best in outdoor living. The living room features a queen sleeper-sofa, cable TV, VCR, and a half bath. The gourmet kitchen in this vacation rental has everything including a breakfast bar, Bose Wave Radio/CD player, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and glass-top stove. The kitchen has all the tools - a breakfast bar for the visiting bartender - and a dining room that seats six. TV's in each bedroom and two off-street parking spaces. All of this and only two and a half blocks to the Atlantic and one block off Duval Street!

Other little things include private telephone line with answering machine, 2 King Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa, A/C, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and lush beach towels.

Just A Little Note To Say This House Is Wonderful.....very Bright And Inviting. It Is One Block Off Duvall But It's Further Down From The Action...about A 10 Min Walk. I Had A Few Minor Issues With The House But When I Put A Call Into The Rental Office They Were More Than Accomodating And Very Efficient I Must Say. I Will Stay Here Again.

Havana Hideaway was perfect.

Havana Hideaway was the perfect place for our group of four. The location was great, close to all of the action (Duval is within walking distance) but just far enough to get away from it all. The backyard pool area was our own private paradise. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
