The fusion of a mid-century Florida home with dramatic Caribbean design, has created an ideal contemporary “Floribbean” style villa in the Casa Marina district of Key West. Walking distance to all Old Town has to offer, as well as a short stroll to Higgs Beach, White Street Pier and Duval Street. The location is perfect to relax & stay awhile!

An expansive open great room/kitchen area with dramatic vaulted ceilings flow seamlessly to the outside living & dining areas to a covered verandah through a set of 3 double French doors.

The perfect entertaining home! You can live indoors or out! There’s no need to leave the verandah of this lovely home unless it’s to float surrounded by tropical foliage in the privacy of the heated pool. Beautifully furnished in a florida "Tommy Bahama" style motif including many original Key West photos and unique touches.

This homes offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a pool side cabana bath. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and private entrance to the pool and veranda. The second bedroom features twin beds that can be made into a king. The third bedroom has a twin trundle (easily makes a king) and desk with fax and wireless internet service.

Area Information

Located in Old Town, the beautiful residential Casa Marina area of Key West. Walking distance to famous Key West attractions such as Duval Street, Louie's Backyard, Salute's Beach Restaurant, Higg's Beach, the Dog Park and the Southern Most Point.

Amazing Experience Each and Every Time!!!

I have stayed at the Brass Palm Villa several times and I would never stay anywhere else on the island. It is decorated beautifully and exceptionally well maintained. There are many places to relax inside and outside the home. I especially enjoy the outside dining area. If you are looking to rent I would highly recomend the Brass Palm Villa!

What I enjoy most about the Brass Palm Villa is the complete serenity of this home! You have everything you need for living and entertaining in paradise. I most enjoy the pool in the afternoons and the many quiet spaces throughout the property for just reading & relaxing. The home is impeccably decorated, spacious and well maintained. A true jewel of Key West! There is no other choice than the Brass Palm Villa for me and my family!
