Description of the Key West vacation home rental

Welcome to the Duncan House - your home away from home in beautiful Key West.

The Duncan house is a recently renovated private home with three bedrooms and two baths located in a quiet, Old Town, Key West neighborhood only 10 minutes to Duval Street and only 5-10 minutes to Smathers Beach.

3 Bedrooms provide enough sleeping space for up to 6 people. The Master bedroom has a king bed, the 2 other bedrooms have Full beds. 2 Bathrooms ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

The living room is spacious with original Florida Dade pine floors and cathedral ceiling, classic rattan furniture. A flat screen HD TV with satellite TV is available for nights in.

Sunny, bright, cheerful space . Right outside the well maintained kitchen at deck is gas grill to cook outside by pool .

Spacious deck area and full sized 28” heat /chill pool with the spa jets which are surrounded by the verdant sub tropical plants which including large variety of palm , bamboo, bougainvillea and native plant creates island of paradises .

The Duncan House is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We are walking distance to Duval Street as well as Smathers Beach.
