Security deposit will be refunded 45 days after departure, provided all rental conditions are met, including; property left reasonably clean and without damage, dirty dishes loaded into dishwasher, no excessive laundry left, garbage disposed of properly in outdoor container and furniture left in original location.

We had a group of 8 traveling to the Keys for the 7 Mile Bridge Race and needed a wonderful place to stay. Sunset Palm definitely fit the bill. It was very clean, had plenty of room for our group, and was a great location. I would definitely recommend this property to others. The only thing I would complain about is the roosters that woke us up at the crack of dawn. They were all over the property. If you can handle being woken up every once in a while, it is not a problem for you. We enjoyed the property and you probably will too.

Just got back from Key West 1 hour ago and had to write. 24 Coral Way was a great place to stay. Place was clean, beds comfortable, nice pool ( little to warm for me but nice) Easy access to everything but you do need a car or scooter to go places. Would rent here again.
