Welcome to our warm, inviting mountain retreat and enjoy the peace and quiet of being nestled in the forest. Beautifully remodeled and professionally decorated, south facing with 1700 square feet of living space, views out every window, front and back. Perfect for family vacations, business conference attendees, reunions or girlfriend-get-aways. This is truly your home-away-from-home - very well appointed with all your vacation needs, including luxurious linens, wine glasses, movies, music and games.

Located just a 3-minute stroll to the Keystone Resort Conference Center below, a 5-minute free shuttle ride to Keystone Ski Lifts, a 5-minutes walk across to the Keystone Resort pond/ice skating rink, shops, restaurants, galleries and bike paths. Your location will allow you the comfort of quiet plus the proximity to all the action. Our building is solid concrete construction for extra quiet interior . . . peaceful, quiet . . . no ski boots tromping down the halls.

Access the condo from the under-cover parking at your semi-private entrance with private ski-locker and bench area to store skis and boots (no need to lug gear far). Once inside, relax on the chaise lounge chair in the living area and let the gas fireplace warm your toes as you gaze out the wall of windows to the large deck and beyond to the pine trees and ski slopes just minutes away.

The kitchen has plenty of room to prepare whatever size meals and snacks may fit your needs. You will want for nothing in the way of kitchen equipment, including gas grill on the deck. The eating area is equipped with seating for eight. We also have tray tables available for when lots of friends come to share their day! Invite fellow travelers or conference attendees to hang out on your deck or in the hot tub. The hot tub is enclosed in a glass atrium to keep your head dry and warm.

We have three bedrooms, two of them secluded upstairs and one down. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV and private double-vanity bathroom (with room for a portable crib or basinet). Second bedroom has a bunk/trundle with full mattree, twin top and twin trundle and TV/DVD. Full-sized bathroom and laundry are also upstairs. Second full-size bathroom in hall. The downstairs third bedroom has queen bed with full-sized bathroom in hall. For extra sleeping, the living area has a good pull-out couch. Washer & Dryer are on second level. Desk with high-speed internet access in the living area.

From skiing, sledding, tubing and snowmobiling in the winter to hiking, biking, boating in the summer, come back after a great day in the outdoors to a luxurious home and relax without a care. For variety, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are only 15 minutes away for winter skiing and Dillon Reservoir is just down the road for summertime fun. We are sure you will enjoy your stay and want to come back again and again. We do!

WINTER: Keystone is well known for its alpine skiing (night skiing too!) suitable for all ability levels but there are many other winter activities available. The terrain parks for snowboarding have been expanded. The Nordic center is close by with snowshoeing as well. New this year is snow biking and a huge tubing center at the top of the mountain. Keystone has the largest outdoor skating rink in Colorado with both figure skating and ice hockey. Rentals are available. There are many restaurants from pizza places to gourmet 4 star restaurants within the resort. Dillon is 5 minutes, Breckenridge is 15 minutes, Copper is 20 minutes and Vail is 30 minutes.
SUMMER: The paved bike trail runs close to the condo and mountain bike trails are all over Summit County, including rolling terrain around the lake and challenging Loveland and Vail Passes. The hiking is glorious throughout the county. Keystone Resort has 2 well-known golf courses and tennis courts and is only minutes from Breckenridge and Vail. Keystone has fishing, paddle boating, and can arrange river rafting trips. Dillon Reservoir and The Blue River are 5 minutes down the road. The Snake River is just across the pond. Plenty to do!
