Description of the Kezar Lake vacation home rental

Our vacation home is located in the exclusive Kezar Lake at Westways Association,a hundred-plus acre association with a 1/3 of mile of shoreline on world-renown Kezar Lake.

We custom-designed our cozy vacation house in Lovell to be the classic Maine lodge with a huge wrap-around porch, knotty pine interior with cathedral ceiling, rustic fireplace, and hardwood floors. Our home sleeps 6 comfortably in three bedrooms and two full bathrooms including a whirlpool. We have an expansive, fully-equipped maple wood kitchen and a game room in the basement with a DVD/VCR, air hockey, ping-pong, and stacks of games, as well as a supplied laundry room.

Our secluded property is situated on more than two private acres up the hill from pristine Kezar Lake at Westways. Along with the one-third mile of shared lake frontage, we share five docks (we have a dock slip), a gentle beach with a stunning view, clay tennis court, a turn-of-the-century lodge with fieldstone fireplace, ping-pong, pool table, and antique manual bowling alley.

And if you prefer to lounge around, we have a nice library of novels, a classic and contemporary selection of movies, and a natural orchestra of loons and crickets each evening followed by a spectacular night show of stars (with almost always a meteor sighting or two).

You will cherish your stay at home at Westways located on Kezar Lake in Lovell. We have families who come back every year....

PLEASE NOTE: We rent our home from the LAST WEEK IN APRIL through the FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER (until the end of Fryeburg Fair week). No winter rentals.

Kezar Lake, once rated one of the ten most beautiful lakes in the world by National Geographic, rests in the foothills of the White Mountains with spectacular views on the New Hampshire border.

There is tons to do! You'll have access to our Old Town CANOE, our two easy-to-use lake KAYAKS, and our four bikes to ride the miles of private dirt roads. There is terrific swimming, great fishing, beginner-to-advanced hiking, birding, fabulous shopping from tiny boutiques to the famed outlet malls in North Conway, NH. (We have many brochures and menus at the house, as well as information about quaint villages, shopping, and movies/entertainment.)

• Deposits: 50% is due to confirm reservation. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: $300 refundable security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. $100 cleaning fee. Optional linen service (sheets and bath towels) is an additional $75.
