Beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable villa on quiet, peaceful subtropical Kiawah Island, SC. Villa has 1200 square feet and accommodates 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and queen sleeper sofa in semi-private living area (with handy folding screen). Bedrooms have queen and twin beds respectively. 2nd bath has separate shower/toilet from vanity area. Recently re-decorated. Kitchen well appointed for cooking and entertaining as desired. Utility area with washer and dryer is also convenient as a mud room for staging beach items.
Ideal for families and golfing groups seeking fun, or couples seeking peace and quiet.

In addition to international award winning beach, resort, golf and tennis, Kiawah has bike and nature trails, restaurants, bars and a pristine wide sandy beach. Kiawah's flora and fauna, and the view from this villa, reflect a subtropical maritime forest paradise.
