Our Kiawah Island Resort rental home is located on a peaceful private court. This five bedroom, 4 bath home is 3,400 sq.ft. It is on a wooded lot that backs up to a scenic lagoon. All rooms have a lagoon view.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. All rates subject to a local 11% Sales & Accommodation Tax. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation. The rental balance is due 7 weeks before arrival. No smoking or pets. Arrival and departure cleaning is included. Also, all bath towels and sheets and some beach towels, beach chairs, all kitchen utensils and such are also included.

Located southwest of Charleston, Kiawah Island is a remote barrier island off the coast of South Carolina. The sunny and scenic Kiawah Island is famous for it's 10 miles of pristine beach (Top 10 In USA). In the Kiawah Island Golf Resort, the homes and resort amenities are tastefully woven into this natural paradise.

Our Kiawah Island Resort rental home is located one block from the beach and near the twelfth green at Cougar Point.
