Description
Located just across the street from the beach, near the whale humpback sanctuary, and Kelepolepo Beach in North Kihei. Koa Resort consists of five two-story wooden buildings on more than 5 1/2 acres of landscaped grounds. The spacious, privately owned one-, two-, and three-bedroom units are decorated with care and come fully equipped, right down to the dishwasher and disposal in the kitchens. There's plenty of room for families, who can enjoy the tennis courts, pool, JUCUZZI and putting green. The larger condos have both showers and tubs; the smaller units have showers only. All feature large lanais, ceiling fans, and washer/dryers. Bars, restaurants, and a golf course are nearby.

Studios

This is a newly remodeled condo and is located in Kihei Maui. It is on South Maui which means it is the sunniest and warmest part of island. The condominium is a studio 1 Bath unit, and full kitchen. This vacation rental has a island style decorated with lanai, pool, jucuzzi, across from beach, comes with beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkle gear. Washer and dryer is on site. There is a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in living room.
There is a lanai with glass top table and 4 chairs, overlooking the garden area.
