The condo is located in a quiet area of the complex, just steps from world famous Kamaole II Beach. Shopping, restaurants & night life are just up the sidewalk and within 1 minute walking distance.

Call or email to inquire. $250 refundable security deposit. Add one time $100 cleaning fee & 12.42% HI tax. 10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.
   
• Other Fees: CANCELLATION POLICY: $50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
