Free wireless internet access is also included. Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels provided for your enjoyment. Resort includes a large pool, hot tub, gas BBQs, and free reserved parking.

- Other Fees: CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
