Maui Banyan is a great family resort, with 9 acres of lush tropical gardens, 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi spas, tennis court, gas BBQs & free covered parking. The condo is located in a quiet area of the complex, just steps from world famous Kamaole II Beach.

Air conditioned, 1 Bedroom/2 Bath condo, with fully equipped kitchen and private ocean view lanai. Sleeps up to 5 people. King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, children's tri-fold futon, ceiling fan, floor safe, 2 cable TV's, DVD, wireless high speed internet, & CD stereo. All linens & towels included. Washer/dryer located inside the unit. We also provide beach chairs, cooler, & beach towels for your enjoyment. Free reserved parking included.

Wailea, Mckenna, golf, shopping, dining, and ocean activities are within walking distance. Maui's Kamaole beaches are just steps from your front door. • Deposits: Rates based on 2 guests. Extra guests $10 each. Maximum 5 people. 10 night minimum during Holiday Season. Exceptions made if there is availability between bookings. Call or email to inquire about shorter reservations. $250 refundable security deposit. Add one time $90 cleaning fee & 11.42% Hawaii tax. 10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.
   
• Other Fees: CANCELLATION POLICY: $50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
