Maui Banyan is a great family resort, with 9 acres of lush tropical gardens, 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi spas, tennis court, gas BBQs & free covered parking. The condo is located in a quiet area of the complex, just steps from world famous Kamaole II Beach.

Air conditioned, 1 Bedroom/2 Bath condo, with fully equipped kitchen and private ocean view lanai. Sleeps up to 5 people. King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, children's tri-fold futon, ceiling fan, floor safe, 2 cable TV's, DVD, high speed WiFi internet, & CD stereo. All linens & towels included. Washer/dryer located inside the unit. We also provide beach cooler, & beach towels for your enjoyment. Free reserved parking included.

• Deposits: Rates based on 2 guests. Extra guests $10 each. Maximum 5 people. 7 night minimum during Holiday Season. Exceptions made if there is availability between bookings, call or email to inquire. $250 refundable security deposit. Add one time $90 cleaning fee & 12.42% Hawaii tax. 10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.
   
• Other Fees: CANCELLATION POLICY: $50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
