Call or email to inquire. $250 refundable security deposit. Add one time $100 cleaning fee & 11.42% Hawaii tax. 10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.
   
• Other Fees: CANCELLATION POLICY: $50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

We recently spent 5 nites at the Kamaole sands #35729 top floor. The Condo was fabulous with hardwood floors, granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances. It had wirless internet included and even beach chairs, flutter boards. Overall the property was great. It had an airconditioner hooked up in the living room, although the loft did get a bit warm. Would definitely come back to this unit again.
