Area Description
Your home away from home is located right on the beach with lush tropical landscaping. Shopping, grocery and drug are only a short walk or drive.
Also, the bus stops every hour in front of Maui Sunset Resort.
Cove Park, Kam beaches, Makena Landing, Big beach, Wailea and Maalea Harbor/Aquarium are all less than 5-20 minutes.
The ocean in front of Maui Sunset has long offered great surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. The early mornings offer great south swell surfing in the summer and always good sailing/kiting in the afternoon/evening Kona winds. Kanaha Beach park on the North shore is only 15 minutes away on the new Mokulele Highway. You cannot find a better more convenient place to stay on Maui!!!
