Description of the Kihei vacation condo rental

Leinaala Oceanfront Condominium in Kihei Maui, is a small 24 unit property with a realaxed and private atmosphere.

This condo has a 180 degree panoramic ocean view. Unit #404 has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV/DVD, free high speed internet, AC in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The master bedroom has a new queen bed and there is a new queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has been newly remodeled and the condo can sleep up to 4 people.

In addition there is an oceanfront pool, barbecues and tennis courts out on the beach. Leinaala is centrally located to shops, restaurants, activities and the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Deposits: Payments: A Credit Card may be used for your initial deposit but the balance must be paid by check or money order. Deposits and Cancellation Policy: For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Christmas stays must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Other Fees: There is also a $15 reservation fee.

Wonderful quiet, clean, condo, August 30, 2009

Well equipped, well maintained, great view and very quiet. There is a small (cold) pool and a narrow strip of sand along the shore, across the well maintained lawn from the condo unit. The unit was clean and the management was extremely easy to work with. This was the best unit, in its price range, that I have ever rented in Hawaii. Beware smokers... you can't even smoke on the lanai. A chair beside the dumpster is your only option (a long way from the 4th floor!)
