Beautifully remodeled Kihei studio condo. The condo is situated on the first floor, with a large private lanai. It is located in a quiet area of the complex, near the pool.

The condo was recently remodeled and has new flooring, paint, new kitchen, appliances, furniture and furnishings & large flat screen TV & DVD. This is a large, 500 square-foot, spacious, studio that comfortably sleeps four. It has a comfortable and firm king bed & a queen sleeper sofa. There is inside/outside dinette seating for four, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation in paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Air conditioning, ceiling fan, large flat screen cable TV, DVD, high speed WiFi internet, full kitchen, linens, towels, cooler and beach towels are provided. Laundry facility is just down the hall.

The beach is just steps away and you are also within walking distance of shopping, restaurants & nightlife. The complex has a large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, gas barbecues, and picnic area. Ample free parking just outside the condo.

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching, tennis, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, sailing, sightseeing, shopping & restaurants. Hiking, Old Lahaina Luau, Maui Ocean Aquarium, museums and multiplex cinema are a short distance away.

• Other Fees: CANCELLATION POLICY: $50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
