Description of the Kihei vacation condo rental
SUMMER SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATE $99 nt JUNE THRU AUG.
FALL SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATE $115 nt SEPT THRU DEC 15.
Privately owned Maui Condos located on the 5th and 6th floors with spectacular ocean views. We are the owners of three one bedroom condos and one two bedroom condo at the popular Kihei Akahi Resort Condominiums. Located in Southern Kihei, just a few blocks off the edge of Wailea Resort area. Our condos are elegantly furnished,
meticiulously maintained, and "Truely A Home Away From Home". They are well supplied with everything you will need: king size beds, free wireless internet, all linens and cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, color TV, cable, VCR, disk sound system, answering machine, beach chairs and beach towels.

Area Description
Located in South Kihei, just off the edge of Wailea Resort area. This area is noted for it's soft white sand beaches and sunshine. It is the driest spot on the Hawaiian islands with an average annual rainfall of less than 10 inches. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This was our 4th trip to Hawaii, and our accommodations met every expectation. Luckily it had candles, and an gas stove to help make us a wee bit more comfortable during the horrendous rains and power outage. Think this will be our last visit to Maui in December, but we'll look forward to sometime in February or March. We found our condo (D602), clean, comfortable and affording us a beautiful view. We used the Barbeque grill more than once and found everyone helpful and friendly. Would we stay here again...YES! and hopefully have better weather. Owner Supplied Testimonials
Truly all the comforts of home for anyone. The grounds are especially lovely and hearing the birds in the early morning while sipping coffee on the lanai with the ocean in the background makes for a perfect memory to take back to the hastle on the mainland. The king bed is extremely comfortable.

This was our first experience renting a condo thru the internet, which caused me a little anxiety, but after speaking to you on the phone it seemed likely to be a good place. What an understatement!! The condo was everything we needed, clean, comfortable, quiet and with a lovely view. Sitting on the lanai was restful for our souls. We came here frayed, and now leave with calm in our hearts. Thank you for the opportunity to rest and heal. What a place, what a time, what a gift.

This was our second vacation to Maui, and our second stay at Joan's condo. We love it here. So close to wonderful snorkeling, all the art shops and we like the quaintness of Kihei compared to the big city, massive hotels of Lahaina. The feel of Kihei is much more relaxing than the other "vacation areas" , and everything you would want or need is only right down the street. The condo is lovely, and you sure can't beat the sunset views out of this unit.

This was our first visit to Maui, the first time we've stayed in a condo rather than a hotel, and the first time we've made arrangements on the internet. We have enjoyed the condo very much, the extra space, the "hominess", how clean it is, the convenient location, it's proximity to beautiful beaches. As we head back to Montana tomorrow, we are savoring the last sunset viewed from the lanai. BEAUTIFUL ! We're glad we connected on the net, Joan. We hope we can return next year.
