Come and enjoy our large 1650 sq ft , 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium along with spectacular 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, beautiful beaches, and neighborhood islands . Our beautiful end unit and third floor location make this condo the most desirable, secure, centrally located condo in Maui . We have upgraded the apartment with ceiling fans, new beds and complete air conditioning. The daily cooling trades wind make our guest's stay at A322 more enjoyable, even without the air conditioners.You will be pleased by our comfortable living area with soothing Hawaiian prints local koa woods and art work.

Relax sipping your morning coffee on our large and inviting lanai. Enjoy ocean views, swaying palms trees, and rolling surf. We assure that our guests will be delighted by the sweet smell of plumeria blossoms. If our guests visit during the months of December through May, they will enjoy watching humpback whales near by. Check out the large hot tub and pool while making your tour or dinner reservations at our activities desk situated pool side.

Maybe our guests will want to surf the net with our free Hi-speed Internet available in the condo, or stop by the exercise room for work out. You are only a few steps from tennis courts out front. We also have the most romantic sunsets from our two lanais!!

While entering the unit our guests will recognize the deep ocean blue of new carpets and matching black counter tops of granite in our newly decorated and open kitchen. New stainless appliances will surely make your day easier . The cook can enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean from kitchen area while preparing your Hawaiian specialities! Filtered ice water and cubes are easily available at door at your finger's touch . A ceramic top range, dish washer, garbage disposal, and microwave are available to offer great conveniences. A blender, coffee maker, toaster and rice cooker are available . We have made the effort to feature all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware you may need.
New beds will greet you in each of the three bedrooms and all three full baths have been upgraded for your pleasure. The spacious master bedroom features its own private bath and lanai, TV, and comfortable chairs for reading or just relaxing. We want you to enjoy your stay with us!

The Maui Sunset is a beautifully maintained condominium complex. The buildings and lawn are professionally manicured and cared for. The grounds, pool, and hot tub are carefully maintained for maximum guest comfort. Here you will find the convenient gas grills for all your barbecue needs.
The condominium is within walking distance to Kihei Town shopping where you will find grocery and drug stores as well as many souvenir shops and restaurants.
Kihei's closest golf course is 5 minutes away, or a $5.00 cab ride. Maui Sunset's beach is perfect for strolling or a quick dip as well as observing our beautiful and romantic sunsets. Wind surfers love the Maui Sunset's beach! And, you are only a few minutes by car to Maui's best world class beaches.
Kihei is close to the airport and Kahului's major shopping centers where you will find COSTCO, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, Macy's, Sears, and many local Hawaiian art shops. Lahaina Town is only a short 45 minute drive around the west side of the Island. You will also want to enjoy the scenery of a drive up the volcano or around the island to Hana. Maui Sunset is a pet free condominium. No pets are allowed on Maui Sunset property or within the condo units. Further, Hawaiian law forbids smoking in all public spaces, inside or outside. We conform to all rules and laws and your understanding is appreciated. You will truly find your Maui vacation is no ka 'oi! Or Maui is the best!!
