Description of the Kihei vacation condo rental

Maui Vista is located across from beautiful Charley Young Beach and is in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars & beaches in Kihei. It's a quaint property that has a tranquil feel about it and my unit is in the 3rd bldg which is up from the main road so it's quiet.

You will be on the ground floor with a big lanai that has chaise lounges & a dining table. You can also relax on the grassy lawn out front. There is a full kitchen, W/D in the unit stocked with laundry detergent, A/C & WIFI.

*PLEASE BE ADVISED: This 1BR unit is really only meant to sleep up to 2 px. The sofabed in the living room can sleep a 3rd person but is meant for small children only. It has arms on both sides and so an adult will not be able to sleep comfortably on it.

If you need a 2BR unit, please inquire with Lisa about the Pacific Shores unit (two Queen beds) or the Kihei Shores unit (Queen & two twins).

Area Information

South Kihei has great weather, the most sunny days on the island and more than 10 beautiful beaches all within walking or a few minutes driving distance.

There are lots of parks, recreational areas, restaurants, bars, shops, all in walking distance or a very short drive.

Charley Young Beach is right across the street & The Cove surfing beach is a few blocks away.

My friends and I stayed in this cute condo for 4 days. It certainly is adequate for 3 people . Was clean, easily acessible and had all we needed for our stay. The location was great and parking on site was included. Would be perfect for a couple.

Great condo at Maui Vista

This was a great condo. It was fully stocked and very comfortable. Had all the amenities we were looking for, and the complex was great too: nice and quiet. Pool & BBQ were very close as well. We would definitely return to this place - it was great, and the owner was great to deal with as well. Walking distance to stores & restaurants and across the road from the best beaches in Maui.

This is a very well kept, updated condo in a wonderful area of Kihei. It is set back from the road so it is nice and quiet in the evenings. The owner is very accessible and accommodating. The only issue that we had was in regards to the couch in the living room that could act as a second bed. As I was traveling with my son, I figured that this would be a good option for us. The problem is that the 'sleeper' sofa is the most uncomfortable thing ever! We ended up having to share the queen size bed as it just was not a feasible option to have him sleep on that thing. It is not a traditional sleeper sofa and is very uncomfortable. So, if you are needing a second bed, this is not a good choice. Otherwise, this condo is a wonderful option, especially if you only need one bed. I would definitely stay here again, if I didn't need the extra bed.
