Best location in the property! This spacious ground-floor unit is located towards the rear of the Kihei Holiday grounds and is a quiet retreat for Maui visitors. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on your private lanai...meals can be prepared in the full kitchen or on the BBQ, which is located just steps from this unit.

Sugar Beach is located directly across the street, and this unit has partial ocean views from the living room, kitchen and lanai. Guests of Kihei Holiday enjoy cool Maui ocean breezes, but also have the option of air-conditioning on warmer days.

Amenities include a large swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ area, complete with FREE WIFI and seating for all. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a boogie board are also provided.

**FREE PARKING! Each condo has 1 assigned parking space.

This condo is located in North Kihei, is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, but is away from the busy traffic of South Kihei.

For your enjoyment, we have a boogie board, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. You can walk or drive to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post offices, banks/ATM, drug stores and beaches from this condo.
