Nani Kai Hale on beautiful Sugar Beach awaits you with warm breezes, tropical vistas and stunning sunsets. Our 4th floor unit for 2 guests overlooks the sparkling clear waters of Ma'alaea Bay and the West Maui Mountains. Centrally located to all of Maui's attractions, Nani Kai Hale is one of the best kept secrets on Maui. An intimate 'boutique' property, it offers a heated oceanfront pool and lounge chairs, as well as a BBQ area with small refrigerator. Unit 404 offers a King size bed, 'his & her' baths and a full kitchen any gourmet would love. All linens are provided, as well as beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. CENTRAL AIR conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the living/dining area and bedroom areas.

Nani Kai Hale is centrally located to all that Maui has to offer. Dining, shopping, golf, hiking, water activities, and island sights are all justs minutes from our condo. Whale watching (in season) can be done from our lanai (balcony), the oceanfront BBQ area or from one of the many tour boats leaving from Ma'alaea harbor. Don't miss Haleakala Crater, the dormant volcano rising 10,000 feet above sea level and the famous drive to Hana. Enjoy a Luau at one of the many large resorts that offer the Hawaiian dinner/show combination.

Amazing Condo

This condo is beautifully decorated in a Hawaiin theme and has a view of the ocean from the balcony and bed. It is clean and stocked with big beach towels, chairs, coolers, everything you could ask for in a kitchen, wireless internet and much more. The Nani Kai Hale building is extremely well taken care of and has a very nice pool, bbq's and a grassy area that you can hear nothing but birds and waves in the morning. Sugar beach is a nice long sandy, quiet beach. The water looks dirty at first, but once you go a few feet out it's crystal clear, I think it's just the way the tide comes in. The beach and area does get quite windy in the afternoon though. The Kihei area has many restaurants and shopping to enjoy and a short car ride will take you anywhere else on the island. The only minor things with this condo is you can hear some traffic during the day (if this is something that will bother you) and the floors are a nice tile that is a bit hard on the feet (so bring slippers). Our experience with the owners, Jennifer and Rolf was excellent, they even gave us a welcome gift upon arrival. Overall, we had a amazing time and this condo is at a fabulous price and well worth checking out.
