We were really looking forward to our stay at this condo, but it didn't look good even at check in. It is a good thing that we brought our written confirmation of the reservation because the check in desk did not have our name. The unit was in a back corner of the complex (we knew it had no view, but really...). It smelled musty when we entered. Upon checking the refrig there was food left from the last tennants in it and in the cubbords. The beds had not been changed (we ended up washing and making them ourselves). One bedroom had ants coming in the window and all over the bed because of food crumbs. We had to vaccume under the bed to clean it all up. The screen on the sliding door was coming appart. Unpon calling the owner, he apologized and came over the next day and sprayed for the ants. He did give us a small refund on the deposit, but not enough to cover the inconveniece caused us. The next tennents have a clean place to enjoy....

First of all, the couple who rents this condo is absolutely courteous and accomodating. It was a pleasant experience to communicate with them to set up the visit. The condo is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The location is amazing, just a 3-minute walk to the beach park accross the street. The facilities are also great in that they provide kid-friendly pools and spas. They even have a wading pool for the little ones. Make sure to make use of the game room as well.
