Description of the Kihei vacation home rental

Private home with swimming pool and pool house located across a quiet street from miles of sandy beach. Perfect for a couple, family or family reunion. Will accommodate to 12 people.

The main living accommodations are on the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala.

The house has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, the second a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds.

The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room and living room. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.

The pool house overlooks the private pool and contains a studio kitchen and bath. An L-shaped area contains a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.

The home is fully equipped and a resident caretaker is on site.

The interior of the home was completely remodeled in the fall of 2008. New kitchen, bath and flooring.

Rented for two weeks with my four grand children and thier parents. very clean well kept and well equiped, very nice pool and deck area, across a QUITE street to a nice beach for the kids to play all in, walking distance to good resturants, groceries and all needs. Would strongly recommend for a large group stay.

We have rented this house now several times. The remodel is amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion. We enjoy the location,and proximity to everything else on Maui. The owners and caretakers have always taken good care of us and we feel like family. This house caters to our needs with us all scattered in different states, it's our time to be together. Whether it's at meals, in the pool or walks on the beach, it's all right there. We highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to have their family all together. We look forward to our next trip.
