The main living accommodations are on the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala.

The house has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second a queen. Two additional people may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in the library area.

The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room, living room and library. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.

The pool house overlooks the private pool and contains a studio kitchen and bath. An L-shaped area contains a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.

The home is fully equipped and a resident caretaker is on site.
