A five person Jacuzzi nestled in its own private bamboo oasis awaits you after your day at the beach or sightseeing. Unlimited USA and Canada telephone and internet access is provided as well as 42” plasma TV’s to enjoy cable or a large selection of DVD movies.

There is a large grass yard to enjoy croquet or bocce ball. All the beach gear is provide including snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers & beach towels and off street parking available for 4 cars. Completely remodeled this home is beautifully decorated in cozy Hawaiian beach style décor with all the amenities and comforts of home.

We own this home because of its location. Nearby attractions include world class Golf, Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, Whale watching (seasonal), hiking, snorkeling & Scuba. A ½ mile away is the Kihei boat ramp where boat excursions depart. This home is walking distance from some of Kihei’s favorite beaches and park systems and a ‘not so known’ beach in front of multimillion dollar beach estates.

Several great restaurants walking distance from your front door is Sarento’s and Five Palms both on the water with perfect sunset views. One of our favorite fun restaurant less than a mile away is Fred’s, don’t miss out on there great fish tacos. Above Fred’s is Mulligans a great sports bar and restaurant. Shops of Wailea and a plethora of more restaurants and shops are just a couple miles away including Denny’s and several convenience stores.

• Deposits: 20% of nightly rate holds your dates. There is a 5% cancelation fee up to 60 days prior to arrival. 60 Days prior to arrival the balance is due. All reservations can be done on line.
   
• Other Fees: One time cleaning fee of $250 along with a refundable damage deposit of $500 held 10 days prior to arrival and releasled 10 days after departure. No parties such as weddings or wedding receptions allowed on the property.
