Description of the Kihei vacation townhouse rental

WELCOME TO PARADISE! This small resort has 54 units on over 5 acres of lush tropical landscaping. We have it all here.Beautifully decorated in island style decor this townhome has all the comforts of home along with split air, which covers the entire condo, for those humid nights. Our lani overlooks the pool area with a short walk to the pool and gas grill. There are T.V.s in every room as well as ceiling fans and we have wireless internet & FREE long distance phone calls to mainland U.S. and canada.Unlike most loft bedrms which are open to the living room, ours has a wall half way to the ceiling for privacy, you cannot see into the bedrm from the living room. In the unit we have a washer & dryer. We also have beach chairs, umbrella, coolers & some boogie boards.Most of the time you will be the only ones in the large resort style pool with plenty of lounge chairs in and out of the sun. There is also a putting green, 2 tennis courts and a ping pong table in the rec room area. As an added feature there is a golf cart for you to use to help with luggage or groceries. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, look no further.

Area Information

This beautiful complex is right across the street from the beach access. We are also 3 blocks from shopping, markets and dining. We are about 10 min. from Maalaea harbor where you can catch a snorkeling, whale watching, fishing or boat to Molokini.

Arrived on Saturday. Beach is walking distance. Nice place for the price. Beautiful development enjoyed sitting on the lanai at night (or in the day for that matter). The only complaint is that the vacuum cleaner didn't work (it turned on but didn't pickup anything) and there was no additional papertowels or toilet paper (1 roll for each bathroom). Otherwise I would definately stay there again!
