Description of the Kihei vacation townhouse rental

The Koa Resort is a small complex that sits on over 5 acres of lush tropical landscaping. These 2 townhomes sit side by side for those larger groups. one is a 4 bedrm 3 bath ground level townhome and the other one is a 3 bedrm 2 bath townhome which will sleep up to 16 people. both homes have been remodeled and have new a/c units. there are t.v.s in most rooms and they are both fully equipped with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable.If you are here to relax and enjoy a quiet, peaceful vacation, then you have come to the right place.

Area Information

Kihei is on southwest side of Maui.Conveniently located a few miles from the airport.Minutes from Wailea and the world class snorkeling at turtle beach.We are 20 min. south of Lahaina. Nearby there is golfing, fishing,hiking, windsurfing and horseback riding.

Truly Paradise

Kihei is the perfect place to start your maui vacation. The Koa Resort is beautiful, well maintained grounds, huge swimmimg pool & jacuzzi & very peacefull. We rented both condos and they were perfect for our group. Both were spacious, clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. I would recommend these units to anyone and when we return to Maui, we would love to stay here

Having been lucky enough to enjoy 50 years of marriage we wanted a beautiful location to celebrate where we could bring together all our children and grandchildren from Australia, Canada and the UK. Maui was the location of choice and these two adjacent houses were ideal for the four families. The gardens at Kao resort are attractive and very well maintained. The safe clean swimming pool was a great hit, particularly with the smaller children. All the equipment we needed, especially for the beach, were in the houses.
