Description of the Kihei vacation townhouse rental

This 3-bedroom unit is immaculately decorated in Island style and is now available for your Maui vacation!

This beautiful townhome has air-conditioning, tile floors in the living areas and two bedrooms, plus carpet in the upstairs loft bedroom. The updated kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, full stove, oven and many small appliances, including a coffee pot. There is a Queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. A queen size Aero Bed provides additional sleeping accommodations for up to 2 guests. There is a Walk-In Shower in the downstairs bathroom and the upstairs bathroom has a full tub/shower combo.

The beautiful Koa Resort complex is located on over 5 tropical acres and consists of only five two-story buildings. There are plenty of activities for families to enjoy, including 2 tennis courts, an 18-hole putting green, a jacuzzi and a large HEATED swimming pool!! Guests will enjoy Complimentary WIFI at the Cabana and an additional FREE High-Speed Wired Internet connection in the unit.

Getting anywhere and everywhere simple from Koa Resort since there is a Pi'ilani Access Road right next to the property (Kulanihakoi Street). Kahului is just 8 miles from this property and you just have 25 miles to drive to get to Lahaina/Ka'anapali. The huge heated swimming pool and jacuzzi are a perfect way to wrap up your day. Grill some Mahi Mahi or your favorite local catch on the BBQ grill that is located just steps from this unit. Enjoy a game of tennis in the morning and then walk across the street to enjoy a beach walk to cool off! Everything you need is located within one mile of this property, which makes it a perfect location to call home for your Maui vacation.

Area Information

Koa Resort is located directly across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park. Safeway and Times Supermarkets are both within a mile of the townhome.

Koa Resort is a beautiful property, boasting many tropical plants and lush landscaping. While there are only 5 buildings and a total of 54 units, guests of Koa Resort enjoy one of the largest swimming pools in the area. Located in a very centralized spot, this townhome is the perfect location for families and groups.

We also have few other townhomes available in Koa Resort, so be sure to ask about availability if you will be traveling with a large group and will require additional accommodations.
