This new, beautifully furnished 4 plex is the perfect, quiet place to spend your Maui Vacation. The spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath units have all the amenities to make your dream vacation a reality.

Area Description

The ocean views are spectacular, the perfect way to experience Maui's beauty. These units puts you up front and personal with the whales during the season. The pool is quiet, relaxing and inviting. This private complex takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the large hotels and condominiums.

Each of the four units can be rented separately or you can bring the whole family and enjoy this complex together for a reunion, a wedding, a special birthday or just a relaxing family vacation. There are two front units with full ocean views and two back units with partial ocean view, which are still awesome.

Luxurious beachfront villas consisted of 4 separate units of approximately 2,000 square foot each that could be rented either as a 12 bedroom complex or 4 individual villas. Each of the villas contains 2 master suites and a guest bedroom with its own full bathroom. Two of the villas have a half bath off the kitchen. One of the villas has an upright Baldwin piano. Each villa has its private entry, full kitchen/dinning, a separate laundry room, air conditioning, hardwood/traventine/tile flooring, and large balcony. The complex has a salt-water swimming pool, 7 parking stalls and is secured with electronic gates.
