Description of the Kill Devil Hills vacation condo rental
Crowds are gone, beautiful weeks remain with off season rates!
Our lovely 2nd floor condo in a year round neighborhood is like home away from home. At 1485 square feet it is just the right size. Nestled in the pines on the sound in Oyster Point, it is in a quiet serene area. It is located at MP7 at the end of West First Street. Our large deck complete with deck furniture and a grill, overlooks the pool.
It is beautifully furnished and in excellent condition. The condominium grounds are also well maintained.
Winter rentals or month to month rentals available now through April. $1150.00 monthly includes utilities.
There is a community pool ( never crowded) and tennis courts. We are close to both bike paths, one will take you to the Wright Monument (@ 3 miles round trip) and the other path takes you along the sound. The sound bike path has places you can stop and rest or docks where you can go crabbing. Especially nice toward evening when the sun is setting.This path goes as far as you want into Kitty Hawk.
Close to area shops, dining, fine and casual, and ice cream. Lost Treasure Golf, an Outer Banks favorite is at the end of our street within walking or biking distance. The neighborhood alone is a nice place to walk.
We are 1/2 mile from beach.

We also supply games, books, DVD's, a big variety of kid friendly VHS. It is baby equipped with port a crib, stroller, infant/toddler bathtub, and booster seat. One beach unbrella, and cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, glass cleaner and general cleaner) are also supplied. Our unit is furnished so guests don't have to bring a lot and to appeal to all families, with or without children.

- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
- Lodging Tax: 12.5% included
- Deposits: A security deposit of $150.00 is required. When renting 50 % deposit of the rent will hold the week for you and the balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival. Keys will then be sent.
