This beautiful, spacious beach home is all about location for the ultimate vacation. Just two block from the beach and one block from Awful Arthur's, there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy within walking distance!

Home includes a master bedroom and private bath and phone on the upper floor, along with two more bedrooms featuring queen size beds and an additional bathroom. The full kitchen includes a diswasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and refrigerator with icemaker. The dining/living area also has a large television with cable, a DVD player and VCR for those rainy beach days.

The lower level contains one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a trundle bed, and another bedroom with four twin beds and a pull-out sofa. The downstairs kitchen has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron/board, washer/dryer and telephone. The den features another large television with cable and a DVD player.

The garage is a fun place to relax after a long day at the beach and shoot some pool or play ping pong. The home also includes a gas grill and outdoor shower for after-beach fun.

• Other Fees: $75.00 linen cleaning fee (unless you use your own) $100 cottage cleaning fee (unless cleaned yourself) All other fees are included in price! If the beach is evacuated due to a hurricane, money will be refunded for the number of days the beach is ordered evacuated.
