Fun is one way to describe this cozy coastal retreat with its colorful beach-inspired style. Relaxing is definitely another with its comfy furnishings, great movie collection and surround sound system. Kick back on the inviting deck furniture and take in the warm ocean breeze from the over 500 square feet of deck. No worries, we've got you covered with all the must have beach gear, just load up the beach cart and mosey down to the dedicated public beach access (one block east of house) with parking, boarded walkway and shower. Great neighborhood to ride bikes or take leisurely walks. Centrally located to fantastic restaurants, great shopping and amazing attractions. Ocean views to the east and awesome views of the Wright Brothers Monument to the west. Just a mile from the house do your grocery shopping, pick up some beach essentials from Kmart or play a round of Putt-Putt. Comfortably accommodates a maximum of 7. Pets are not permitted. This is a non-smoking home. Weekly rate includes linens (bed sheets and bath towels), WiFi and Beach Equipment.
Area Description
Latitude Adjustment is situated between the big road (US 158) a.k.a. "the bypass" and N Virginia Dare Trail (NC 12)
a.k.a. "beach road". Directly east of the house is the ocean and directly west is the Wright Brothers Monument, where the historic "First Flight" took place. Easy walk about 600 feet to direct lifeguarded beach access (Memorial Day-Labor Day). Within walking distance to beach shops and Dairy Queen.
