Main Level: Kitchen/Living/Dining, vaulted ceiling, 8'glass sliding door onto back deck, wood-burning fireplace and 1 full bath. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, new electric range, dishwasher and refrigerator. Living area has a new sectional sofa and is equipped with TV and DVD player. Clothes dryer.

Lower Level: 3 bedrooms and one full bath. All bedding is brand new: Bed 1 - Queen Bed; Bed 2 - 1 Double over Double bBunk; Bed 3 - Twin Bed.

AVAILABLE ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR $1,200 INCLUSIVE.
