This listing is currently rented with a one year lease through July 2009 and we expect that the lease will be renewed. It is a four bedroom house which is fully furnished, (with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, wireless internet and more) and is currently available.

Beautiful waterview, overlooking the Nissequogue River and Long Island Sound. Bring your kayak, boat or canoe or rent one nearby.

Easy access to all major Long Island Parkways and the Long Island Expressway. Ideally located for day trips to Long Island's East End or to New York City.

There are many things to do in the immediate area or out and about on Long Island. Or, don't do anything at all.

Sit out in the yard and enjoy the breeze off the water. Watch the changing tides, the water birds, the kayaks and the canoes as they go by.
